Affiliated with the two most prominent dog agility sanctioning organizations, AKC & USDAA,

Carolina Piedmont Agility has an experienced dedicated membership. Our members have repeatedly chaired committees responsible for hosting AKC Agility National Championships and have hosted world team qualifying events for both AKC & USDAA.

We’ve been fortunate enough to host the two largest USDAA events ever held in North Carolina.

Our pursuit of premier venues has led us to hosting the first dog agility events ever held inside the stadium arena at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds in Raleigh as well as the first dog agility events held on next generation synthetic turf in North Carolina at the Charlotte Sports Center.

Over the years, together, our members and participants have raised over ten thousand dollars for charitable efforts including LSU’s Hurricane Katrina animal relief efforts, Paws With A Cause service dog training, the Humane Alliance’s Spay & Neuter Program, the Spartanburg Humane Society, Horsepower’s Therapeutic Riding Program, and Carolina Border Collie Rescue.
